Support

HELIA Technologies has been helping western Canadian businesses since 2006. We focus on businesses with less than 100 people per office and have certified experts for the technologies we support. We pride ourselves in our proven track record of helping clients stay current and operational in all things related to their telecommunications and IT backbones. With our vehicles roaming Alberta  and our network operations center you can rest assured we will be available when you need us.

Service and Support

All BuyPhonesOnline.ca phones come pre-configured with configuration support.  We may need you to connect a internet enabled laptop to your phone switch so we can provide screen sharing support.  Configuration support does not include network support or support of your inside wiring.  We may require you to plug your phone in directly to your phone system for testing.

Additional Support is available for a fee both onsite and remote.

Service Hours and Availability

Our service hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and we book and average of 48 hours in advance. After hours and evenings are available for emergencies and special arrangements.

We do have expedited and emergency service for urgent and system down situations.

Service Rates

Our standard onsite rates are $135 / hour with a 90 minute minimum and in 15 minute increments. Remote support is the same rate but with a 15 minute minimum.  Some onsite regions may have a higher rates as we sub-contract technician in some areas to provide the onsite support.
