This Unifi switch is for shops where a small number of ethernet devices are required.   There are 8 ports however only 4 ports provided PoE power.  The non PoE ports are used for desktop computers (as they don't require PoE power) and the Point-to-Point antennas as they often use stand along 24V PoE injectors.

 The USW-Lite-8-PoE is a fully managed Layer 2 switch with eight Gigabit Ethernet ports for your RJ45 Ethernet devices. Four ports also offer auto-sensing 802.3at PoE+ that provide up to a total PoE wattage of 52W for UniFi Access Points or other PoE devices.
