HELIA recommends Yeastar
The Yeastar S-Series is an advanced commercial phone system. Broadcasting Church over Phones in Homes
We help connect the PA system in your church into your phone system. That way the minister can continue the church service and the congregation can listen in their homes all while complying to the government social distancing rules. We have been providing this for colonies in Alberta since 2013 so that those who are sick or elderly can still listen to church while in their homes.
If you don't have a PA system in your church then we can provide a meeting room phone.
There are two main ways of setting this up depending on what type of phone system that is currently installed. On most colonies, we set up a conference bridge so that homes call in to listen to church. Alternatively, multicast can be used. Multicast is like a radio station that will broadcast to all phones
Church Bridge Equipment Special
We have created a package to help you connect your existing PA sound system in your church to your phone system. We have set this up with the 3CX and Yeastar phone system but it also works with FreePBX, Panasonic and other phone systems.
How It Works
This equipment allows you to connect your Church PA system into a telephone compatible signal. The equipment is SIP standard equipment and can be integrated in practically any phone system. On most colonies, the church doesn't have an internet connection. We use a wireless bridge to allow the digitized audio signal to be connected back to the phone system. If your phone system uses VoIP phone sets then the connection is easy. If you have a Panasonic or other similar system a SIP license will be required to connect the church bridge device. A speed dial is setup to automatically create a system wide page or a conference bridge so that everyone can hear the church audio.
